MyReferer.NETWORK Service Agreement ----------------------------------------------- 1. MyReferer.NETWORK is free of charge: a) We make no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. b) The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind c) We will NOT pay you for the commissions earned through the Programs you apply to and manage through us. d) MyReferer.NETWORK does not provide support to affiliates for any issue related to affiliate programs. e) Reports may or may not be available on a real-time basis. 2. Affiliates and Merchants may enter into direct contractual relationships through the "one-click signup" process. It is your sole responsibility to research the Merchants and their offers before entering into an agreement. Merchants are responsible for paying you the commissions! 3. You agree that you as the person legally responsible for use of this account, are at least 18 years of age. You agree to supply MyReferer.com with a current and truthful name, postal address, email address and telephone number for our records, and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current. 4. Accounts may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws which may apply to MyReferer.com, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you, your site, or your sales area may be subject to is strictly prohibited. 5. MyReferer.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at MyReferer.com's sole discretion. MyReferer.com may deny you access to all or part of the service without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that MyReferer.com in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement. 6. We will not disclose any financial data or disclose any of your confidential information, without your prior written consent. 7. Email messages will be sent to the email address you supply to us on the sign-up page. We will not sell your email address to any third party. We will send email messages such as information on new programs, information on products and services offered by MyReferer.com, our partners and other advertisers. You may opt-out of receiving these types of messages at any time. 8. You agree NOT to a) Mislead others b) Operate or utilize a Web site or email link to Web sites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or that offer any illegal good or service, or link to a Web site(s) that do so and/or c) Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email d) Engage in cybersquatting or typosquatting -----------------------------------------------
